There were over 10K runners. It was crazy. (my arm pits are still green)

A little more information on the Sandman Slipcase set. It looks like Sandman Volume X, The Wake, which will be the last of the reprintings to come out, will also be sold WITH the Slipcase for all of them. So if you have the books so far, you can get the Slipcase then.
Also comics stores and online retailers will need to get their orders in NOW, as DC Comics will be doing these to order, so please remind your local comic shop — http://www.comicshoplocator.com/, or order online now (it’s currently $125 at Amazon, and I’m sure there are similar deals elsewhere on the web), if you want to be sure of getting one in November.

‘Doctor Who’ fans hijack Boulder road sign — ‘Warning Daleks Ahead’
“Doctor Who” is coming back to the airwaves this fall, but some fans of the show couldn’t wait that long to get their fix. Some of them hijacked a road sign in Boulder, Colorado and changed it to read something that Whovians fear (and love). It says “Warning Daleks Ahead.”
